Biography
Mark Coulter was born in Normal Illinois
in 1957.
Mark believes that a balance of outdoor and studio painting are essential to
understanding the subtleties of painting the landscape. He is a founding member of Plein Air Artists
Colorado and a founding director of Nomadas del Arte. Mark has had paintings in many national shows
such as OPA National and Western Regional shows, Arts for the Parks and the Salon International.
